As an Accounts Manager (Outsourcing), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the accounting team's workflow and performance.
• Review and finalize financial documents, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure all taxes, regulatory filings, and financial statements are submitted on time.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communications, delivering outstanding service and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Oversee team performance with a team size up to 8 members
• Mentor and guide team members to promote high performance and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to all accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders.
• Any other ad duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possess a Minimum Degree in any equivalent fields

As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle full sets of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year end audit activities
• Provide advisory work on accounting to clients
• Perform accurate data entry to accounting systems
• Compile and organize accounts schedules and working papers for client use.
• Prepare documentation to support audit requirements and facilitate smooth audits.
• Ensure schedules are accurate, detailed, and organized for easy reference.
• Prepare necessary accounting schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, accurals, loan, hire purchase, etc
• Other adhoc accounting functions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related course of studies.
• At least 1 year of experience in outsourcing firm.
