Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures.
Develop objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations' resources.
Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed and methods, equipment and personnel used.
Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
Record and analyse organisations’ work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
Requirements:
Degree in business administration or related field required.
Previous experience in business consulting preferred.
Certification as management consultant is a plus.
Strong research and data collection skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiar with a wide range of business management software such as business invoicing programs, word processing programs, CRM, database, and asset management software.
