Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficient workflow
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and resolve production-related issues
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
• Optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and components for production
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing

Requirement:

• Related field; or releavant certifications is an advantages
• Experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems for production planning and control
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Job Scope: The Head Waiter performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, energetic and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction in order to ensure they have a memorable experience and return again. 1. Knows and uses the service guidelines by the brand guideline. 2. Prompt, and courteous greeting of customers 3. Take orders and deliver food to customers on the table in an accurate and timely manner 4. Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations and obtain the feedback of the customer 5. Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines 6. Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestive selling to customers 7. Ensure food quality and consistency is delivered at all times 8. Manage the set up and close down of tables within section 9. Divide restaurant into sections for each shift and ensure fair allocations

Sales Manager

Junior college and above

As business development needs, we are looking for to hire Sales Manager for our company, he/she with related experience will be given priority. Our company is an recruitment agency, we are looking for candidates who already possess a CEI certificate on hand, The company has regular customers, and your job is to follow up on the customer's work progress. At the same time, follow closely with clients accounts and upkeep the job flow.

On a 5.5 day a week, the pay is to be discussed again, given candidate’s personal experience, with a range from $7000 - $13500.

Bilingual preferred, strong command of english and chinese. We are Chinese speaking work environment, fluent in Chinese and English speaking is an advantage.

Marketing Manager - with CEI Cert

Education: junior college and above

As business development needs, we are looking for to hire sales and markting managers, he/she with related experience will be given priority. Our company is an recruitment agency, we are looking for candidates who already possess a CEI certificate on hand, The company has regular customers, and your job is to follow up on the customer's work progress. At the same time, she/he possesses marketing knowledge to aid us with digital marketing and traditional marketing.

On a 5.5 day a week, the pay is to be discussed again, given candidate’s personal experience, with a range from $5000 - $9000.
