1. Prepare and schedule project programme and work flow at site.

2. Coordination with Client, Consultants, Authorities and Sub-contractors.

3. Submission of various documents and application to Consultants and Authorities such as Method Statement, Work schedule, application of various permit that are needed before start of the work.

3. Able to interpret drawings and provide assistance and support to Project Manager.

4. Work out proper scheduling to meet critical project deadlines.

1) Provide over-all leadership and management of the project team

2) Manage all project stakeholders for smooth project execution

3)Plan and execute projects with regards to meeting deadlines

4)Maintain construction quality whilst controlling cost to protect profit margins

5)Conduct regular meetings with project team on project status update

6)Chair meeting with Consultant, client and stake holders

7)Other duties as assigned by MD

Job Description:

• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
• Review Architectural drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve issues.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.
• Ensure work safe environment at the worksite and manage workers.
• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
• Responsible for preparing, submission, and monitoring technical drawings, method of statements, and shop drawings.
• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior working experience in civil engineering will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
