Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts AR/AP/GL, Cash book, Bank reconciliation, GST and CPF submission etc
• Ensure that all financial statements and reports are in accordance with the rules and regulations of government/tax bureau are prepared accurately and timely
• Responsible for processing accounting entries and ensuring timely preparation and accuracy
• Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts
• Organize and maintain filing system
• Proper Filing system of all Business Documents

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years experiences
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good English and Chinese communication in both orally & writing（Because our company’s HQ is Chinese, hence the accountant will have to work closely with the local office , via both verbal and written communication)
