Responsibilities:

• Work closely with portfolio managers to execute equities and derivatives trades (mainly Hong Kong, China and US markets) for funds;
• Execute trade orders in an accurate, timely and effective manner. Take into account of market order flows, market directions, liquidities, transaction costs, opportunity costs and portfolio risk;
• Assist portfolio managers to monitor positions, P&L and market risks;
• Give timely alert to portfolio managers on good trading opportunities, market risks or abnormal moving stocks;
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Economics or related discipline;
• 2 to 5 years’ buy-side trading experience in Hong Kong and China A-Share markets and other investment instruments, experience in US market trading is a plus;
• Familiar with hedge fund operations;
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other electronic trading tools;
• Excellent skill with Excel spreadsheet (including VBAs);
• Deep understanding of market microstructure and be sensitive to macro dynamics and market volatilities;
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter, quick learner with positive attitude;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Role:

1. Responsible for the operation of the company's daily administrative work, including the establishment of administrative systems, office environment construction, management of fixed assets, meeting management, etc.

2. Organize the planning of various activities of the company, guide and plan employee activities, and assist in promoting the formation of the company's vision and corporate culture.

3. Cooperate with the company's daily transaction account docking and processing, tax docking, and personnel docking work.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, administrative management, financial management and other related majors;

2. More than 1 year of administrative personnel and financial comprehensive post work experience;

3. Familiar with the company's administrative management system and system construction, and have practical experience in administrative standard management implementation;

4. Skilled use of office software and office automation equipment;

5. Accurate and fluent in Mandarin, relatively fluent in English, and proficient in English reading and writing; as needs to liaise to mandarin speaking associates.

6. Possess good communication and coordination skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, and affinity.

Summary:

Works under general supervision to manage full set of accounts in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions including bank reconciliation and invoicing.
• Carry out monthly account closings and reconciliations (AP, AR, general ledger, taxes).
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, employee claims and leave.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST F5 return.
• Manage and record stock inventory and fixed assets.
• Generate cash flow reports and management accounts.
• Other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
• On-job-training will be provided, but experience in managing full set of accounts preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Knowledge and experience of using an accounting software preferred
• Meticulous and systematic towards documentation and filing

Responsibilities:

• Handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement;
• Work closely with the HR Director to inform and progress the HR service delivery and strategy;
• Co-ordinate all HR activities to ensure timely and positive resolution to both HR opportunities/improvements as well as workforce issues and concerns;
• Manage compensation & benefits salary surveys, job matching, and related analysis to support market pricing and market benchmarking exercises;
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks;
• Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review;
• Formulate strategies with HR functions on recruit, develop and retain talents and also flexible enough to cope with changes;
• Manage and deploy the full spectrum of organize employee engagement activities and office administration, oversee all aspects of office administration;
• Compile all data needed for the monthly HR reports, annual salary review, annual performance appraisal analysis and annual group insurance policy renewal;
• Conduct benchmarking and develop job evaluation methods to inform compensation and benefits strategies;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in handling all-rounded Human Resources / HRBP functions of which 3 years are in managerial grade; familiar with the Financial Industry / Family Office / Asset Management Company / Chinese Company is preferable;
• Possess excellent knowledge of Singapore Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations;
• Excellent communication, influencing and coaching skills;
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong excel skills essential - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc;
• Logical thinker with the ability to create solutions to problems;
• Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and interact well in a multi-cultural work environment;
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle multi-tasks;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
