Job Purpose:
- To provide administrative support to the vendor management team in managing and coordinating FPSO projects P80 and P83, ensuring timely delivery and efficient project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating Procurement Map: Maintain and update procurement details for projects P80 and P83, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Coordinating inspections: Liaise with package leads, logistics, QA, and commissioning teams to coordinate shipping schedules and track shipments.
- Data Entry: Accurately perform data entry tasks in systems such as SISPEN and PIMS, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
- Monitoring Vendor Documents: Track and review vendor documents, ensuring compliance with project standards and timely communication with the project team.
- Punch List Management: Manage and update punch lists, tracking issues and resolutions, and ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in project management or engineering environments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools like Power BI.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
