Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to expand our market presence, increase revenue streams, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance overall performance.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make strategic financial decisions.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain the company's competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior leadership role within the IT industry, with a focus on e-government solutions.
• Strong understanding of the e-government landscape, including relevant technologies and trends.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, leading teams, and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
