Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the roles

Multi-task position where the staff will be trained in receiving, putaway, picking, sorting, kitting, SPEX processes and dispatching processes. Assume responsibility for at least one area listed by the Operations Supervisor

1. Provide prompt and effective service to both internal and external customers
2. Operate PC & RF-enabled Warehouse Management System in accordance to compliance to ensure upkeep of inventory
3. Perform related inbound processes as defined by Operations Supervisor in alignment with operational Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
4. Perform related outbound processes according to production schedule as defined by Operations Supervisor
5. Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks and 5S duties, including cleanliness, tidiness and basic MHE maintenance where required
6. Ensure proper handling of official documents
7. Ensure operational and personal KPIs are met
8. Assist in operations activity and undertake other duties as assigned
9. Participate in work improvement initiatives and programs such as 5S, Kaizens, LEAN and SCA with the goal of achieving CEVA Operational Excellence standards
10. Ensure CEVA Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies and standards are executed and maintained at all times at the workplace
11. Other duties as assigned

1. Conduct data studies and present insights and trends in datasets
2. Lead comprehensive research and analyse research findings to generate insights and recommendations
3. Organise the casting process by conducting initial shortlisting of potential talent to align the talent requirements with the production content
4. Identify critical customer segments, market gaps and competitors to support the development of a marketing strategy and lead implementation of marketing efforts
5. Plan market, competitor and customer research activities and analyse trends and dynamics through information gathered
6. Analyse data to develop insights pertaining to customer behaviours such as how marketing activities may be impacted to increase customer base

Roles & Responsibilities

As the team's operations project manager, you can expect to have an end to end view of operations of the agency, including adminstrative, onsite operations and liaising with clients.

You will also be responsible for managing client's expectations and daily operations from Monday-Saturday. You have to initiate, plan and implement headcounts for daily operations. Other responsibilities include:

• Assist in managing and agency’s clients – retail & logistics relevance
• Troubleshoot system errors and parcel errors.
• General office administration

Competencies Requirements

• Degree in course (e.g. Finance, Business)
• Preferably 3 years of experience in any area of logistics, with some years in a leadership position.
• Detail oriented and resourceful
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Open attitude to learning
