Roles & Responsibilities
As the team's operations project manager, you can expect to have an end to end view of operations of the agency, including adminstrative, onsite operations and liaising with clients.
You will also be responsible for managing client's expectations and daily operations from Monday-Saturday. You have to initiate, plan and implement headcounts for daily operations. Other responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing and agency’s clients – retail & logistics relevance
- Troubleshoot system errors and parcel errors.
- General office administration
Competencies Requirements
- Degree in course (e.g. Finance, Business)
- Preferably 3 years of experience in any area of logistics, with some years in a leadership position.
- Detail oriented and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Open attitude to learning
