To manage & lead project admin's site workers & site manager
Overseeing the full project lifecycle together with studying and understadning the customer needs from time to time
Arrange for site preconstruction survey, and to prepare and submit the project budgeting
Facilitate active communication with clients project
Prepare and submit the weekly work progress report
Attend & resolve on site issues
To visit site regulary to ensure workplace safety and health
Managing & address workers concern and resolve it immediately
Conduct weekly meetings with the internal site team
Preparation of monthly budget and monitor the project closely in order to make sure the project not exceeding the budget
vertification of claim submission documents to project
