Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent, showcasing profound expertise in Human Resources.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in HR
- 3 years experience in leadership
- Exhibit skills in influencing, negotiating, facilitating, and consulting.
- Display analytical prowess and strong systems thinking, perceiving the interplay between details and the broader perspective.
- Demonstrate a high emotional quotient, adept at interpreting non-verbal cues and adjusting approaches to foster consensus and garner support.
