The Role:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, cookies, granola, and crackers
- Assist with the daily order fulfilment (includes slicing and packing breads)
- Measure, mix, and prepare dough, batters, fillings, glazes, and toppings as directed
- Quality Control of final products
- Inventory Management
What are we looking for?
- Possess SFA Food Hygiene Certified
- Knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment
