Job description:

• Dealing with clients on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
• Keeping record for import & export documents (Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit Shipments)
• Receiving claims from clients and provide reception duties for incomings calls
• Dealing with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers
• Experience in import & export and customer services for freight forwarding industry

AlwaysHired is mandated by our distinguished client in the logistics sector to recruit for Customer Service Officer (multiple headcounts). The work location will be based in the west region across a few different areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Warehouse activities
• Handle customers enquires across all touch points (email, hotline)
• Generate Pick list and Packing list from Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform customer system SAP for inbound and outbound activities
• Liaise with the internal operations team to meet customers’ requirements
• Inventory reconciliation between customer system and WMS
• Billing
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as may be required
• Fresh graduates can be considered

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/'O'/Diploma
• Singaporeans only
• Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate with regional Chinese-speaking customers
