Job Description: Quantity Surveyor Manager

Role Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving the success of large-scale infrastructure and built environment projects. You will manage the cost planning, procurement strategy, and commercial risk assessments, ensuring the financial efficiency and contractual compliance of high-value, complex projects. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law, cost management principles, and procurement practices.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools such as BIM or CostX.

Accounts Executive (Inventory)

Job Responsibilities:

· Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post purchase orders.

· Inventory purchase rebate computation.

· Submission of sales report to landlords.

· Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
