The role is part of Revenue Operations team and focuses on small and medium size travel agencies where it defines and deploys actionable commercial strategies for Inside Sales, that enable Travel Unit to accomplish our ambitions and maximize agility by streamlining decision making processes.
You will be responsible to support the implementation of the Inside Sales framework in your Region, enable profitable growth for Inside Sales by ensuring consistency with commercial strategies and policies and generate efficiencies in the commercial process wherever possible.
Being the key point of contact (POC) for the Inside Sales commercial team in your Region and for the other functions and transversal initiatives, when input and validation is required from Market Strategy & Revenue Operations.
Your ability to build commercial plans, assess business opportunities, engage with stakeholders across markets as needed will be key and you will be a key member of the Inside Sales leadership team in your region.
Job responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy for Inside Sales:
- Actively contribute to the definition of commercial strategy for Inside Sales, with focus on pre-approved plans
- Ensure profitability and sustainability of Inside Sales deals in the long term, in close colaboration with relevant stakeholders (Finance, Business Planning & Performance, etc).
- Lead deal support for complex negotiation when relevant, preparing negotiation with Sales / Account Managers and managing business case escalation process and outcome
- Drive strategic topics for Inside Sales in your Region
- Cascade commercial governance within the Inside Sales organization
- Implement Commercial Policy & models
- Design support and implement Sales methodology & tools
Inside Sales Regional interface
- Consolidate Inside Sales inputs on commercial strategy
- Represent Inside Sales in strategy definition and execution
- Represent Inside Sales in annual business plan development
- Represent your Region in Inside Sales community forums & projects (e.g. - -Digitalization, Business efficiency, ...) and implement project outcome in the Region as relevant
Pipeline / targets
- Collaborate with Head of Inside Sales on pipeline
- Cascade Target setting at regional level for Inside Sales
- Analyze performance reports for cluster and provide insight at cluster level, based on pipeline
About ideal candidate:
- Bachelors or a Masters degree in Business with relevant experience in RevOps/ Inside Sales.
- Has a strong background in business analysis, revenue operations.
