Mission Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, networking devices) and software (applications, updates, patches).
• Assist with system diagnostics and perform basic system administration tasks.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system for future reference.
  
  Requirement :
  
  Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in L1 support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software components.
• Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common applications (Microsoft Office, email clients).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).

Mission Description:

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for production processes and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems in the production environment.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on automation tools and production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.

Profile Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Bioengineering / Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on automation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, FDA).
• Proven experience in process optimization and automation system implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
