• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment in production processes, following standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality control analyses and troubleshoot operational issues, coordinating with other functions as needed.

• Complete documentation according to GMP and GxP standards and contribute to safety and quality incident investigations.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of industry practices. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Experience in chemical or formulation manufacturing with knowledge of API and GMP.

• Must be comfortable with rotating shifts.

Job Duties:

• Handle the day-to-day operation and support of voice infrastructure across Asia regional offices.

• Handle voice projects; design & deployment and post support.

• Perform network capacity planning and proper monitoring of voice infrastructure system.

• Perform system Installation, patching, and hardware maintenance.

• Attention to detail, documentation, and accurate record-keeping skills.

• Coordinate with IT of Head Office and regional units for the project and standard implementations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in computing science or any related discipline.

• 7 years of IT working experience with minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Cisco equipment i.e. Cisco Call manager, Router & Switches.

• Technical knowledge and practical experience with:

o Cisco Unified Communication Manager

o Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence and Jabber

o Cisco Voice Gateway and VG Analog Converter

o Protocols such as MGCP, H.323 and SIP Protocol

o Voice Call Routing and Dial Plan

• Solid experience in troubleshooting voice-related issue.

• Relevant experience in voice recording (active & passive)

• Cisco certification is an added advantage.

• Able to provide support during non-business hour calls.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Positive and supportive attitude towards team members.

• Extreme discretion in handling of confidential information.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong Knowledge on IP Telephony from operational and design perspective.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills

• Must be self-motivated and should demonstrate keen attention to detail and possess the ability to work autonomously

We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery Lead with a passion for driving successful projects to join our team and contribute to the achievement of defined project objectives. As Singapore is a key APAC business hub for our client, the project is crucial to our expansion in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT service delivery for the HR System Automation Project, ensuring the achievement of project objectives and timely delivery.
• Utilize Agile methodology to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Drive automation projects, leveraging your expertise to implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
• Possess good knowledge of Core HR systems, such as Workday, contributing to seamless integrations and functionality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate key routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plan and coordinate delivery, ensuring effective collaboration and dependencies across various teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and adherence to timelines.

• Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working closely with sponsors and stakeholders.
