Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the Middle Office & Technology team. This role focuses on delivering solutions for Trade Lifecycle, Treasury, Settlements, and Operations management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Middle Office or Treasury management projects and strong expertise in managing technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, manage scope, and oversee implementation and testing.
• Collaborate with developers, portfolio managers, and other teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead large-scale projects and drive business process improvements.
• Understand and contribute to end-to-end trading infrastructure, including trade booking, pricing, and trade lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of asset classes such as Equities, FX, or Rates and their processes.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and ability to communicate with developers.
• Proficient in Excel and VBA development.
• Experience managing large-scale projects for buy-side or sell-side businesses.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of tools like Visio or MIS reporting software.
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and technical documentation standards.
• Familiarity with portfolio management or risk systems (e.g., Front Arena, Murex, Imagine).

• Provide administrative support to the sales/ investment team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Generate sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Assist in producing initial drafts of client portfolio reports.
• Assist in submission of documents for compliance and legal clearance.
• Monitor public tenders.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate has prior experience leading application support teams and overseeing application development projects. This role focuses on ensuring smooth system operations, meeting enterprise standards, and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of application support and development professionals.
• Oversee application development, implementation, and maintenance to meet organizational needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of application projects, including support, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet business and security requirements.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management while driving automation and system performance improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with application development and support processes, particularly in .NET and SQL environments.

• ITIL certification and experience in the financial industry (securities or brokering) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
