We’re looking for a skilled or non skill spa therapist to join our team. In this role, it will be your job to provide our clients with a variety of health and wellness treatments. For example, you will provide massage therapy, beauty treatments, and other wellness therapies. There will be training provided for non skill applicants

You’ll also be asked to complete some administrative tasks that will help our spa succeed on a business level. For example, you will be asked to present clients with various treatments, maintain accurate records, and ensure that our equipment is sanitized between each client.

To do well in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills. You should also be capable of altering the techniques that you use to deliver treatments that reflect the unique needs and wishes of each client you work with.

We’d prefer to hire someone who has previously worked directly with clients in a similar role. You should also have some formal training in either massage therapy or cosmetology, and any licenses that are required to practice those jobs in our state.



Spa Therapist Responsibilities:
Offer personalized massage therapy that reflects the unique needs of each client
Provide various health and wellness treatments and beauty services
Upsell our clients on additional services in our spa
Maintain accurate records of the work you do
Answer any questions that your clients have about maintaining their health and wellness
Sanitize all equipment in-between uses
Resolve any complaints that our guests may have
Requirements

Able to Work both independently and with team! Kind, understanding, polite, integrity, honest, well organised, respecting and hygienic!

Personal grooming must be neat, clean and tidy!

Must posses the 'try solve it' mentality, when met with unforeseen circumstances.



For Experience Spa Therapist Requirements:
Aproved Certificate for the licensing Department
Formal training in either massage therapy or cosmetology
Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
All licenses required to practice massage therapy and cosmetology in our state
Excellent customer service skills
For Non-Experience Spa Therapist Requirements:
Training will be provided ( 1-2 weeks)
To be expected to obtain a approve certificate within 1 month of Joining
Able to Official start work at the 2nd week of joining the company
