Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Process payments and handle transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide information about our services, products, and promotions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with 1 day on, 1 day off.
- Able to commit till late night
