Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant and bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards for food and beverage handling.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and maximizing profitability.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure functionality and safety.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation techniques and hygiene standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
