Job Description
Plan, formulate and promote overall compliance and development of all Company business;
Assess risks and develop appropriate management plans to meet the long-term and short-term goals of the Company;
Review business statistics and formulate appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results;
Control costs and improve productivity;
Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the markets and industry;
Maintain positive work relationships/partnerships with the local team, the group companies and various stakeholders;
Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company;
Any other duties, as required by the business needs of the Company
Job Requirements
At least 15 years relevant experience in logistics industry;
At least 10 years relevant experience in company management position;
Extensive knowledge of the industry trends;
Strong ability to implement desired framework, policies and guidelines for the Company;
High proficiency in Business level Japanese skill (both written and spoken) to negotiate with Japan Headquarter, group companies and shareholders;
Team player and ability to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external parties;
Excellent commincation skills;
Execellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
