• 2 years of working experience in developing and delivering application software.
• Prior experience working in government project is preferred.

Project Delivery

• Analyse process/program specifications translate specifications to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and programming best practices
• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls audits
• Develop unit test package, execute tests document test results to ensure the quality of the program
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) implementation activities to fix the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment
• Investigate all reported problems/errors initiate amendments testing so that the system can operate correctly efficiently
• Prepare maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Analyse functional requirements to translate into application design using established design methodologies and guidelines

The resource will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying solutions in a .Net environment based of a set of LOB requirements. The technological solutions deployed will meet a series of objectives to improve the productivity of a GCIB Banker. The resource will utilize their extensive Agile experience to manage their sprint deliverables and communicate any risks or impediments at daily stand ups, and be comfortable with participating in joint sessions/working groups to discuss technical solutions within an integrated team dispersed across the globe geographically.

• You would spend 80% of time in hands-on programming.
• You would be responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment.
• You would collaborating with global teams to design and build new functionality on Quartz and other shared platforms.
• You would be interacting directly with end users, compliance and senior stakeholders to capture requirements without having to rely on business analysts or project managers.
• You would be managing a high level of risk with in-depth capital markets product knowledge.
• You would provide level 3 production support for applications.
