Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy
Handle the full function of HR which includes Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relation
Payroll management and processing
Lead and coordinate key HR processes such as annual performance evaluation and salary review
Preparing Job Description, sourcing of job posting portals, and coordinating, and participating in the interviews and reference checks.
Implement employee-relations engagement activities necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Handling employee relations, grievances and counselling
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Create and update policies and procedures
Provide advisory and support on Operational matters
Perform analysis such as learning needs analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track programme impact, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes
Develop methodologies and training evaluations to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Ensuring a systematic and structured training policy and programs are put in place to upgrade the level of service standards.
Key Attributes:
Degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role in security industry
Proven track record as an effective Human Resource professional and the ability to lead and motivate
Familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations
Business acumen and strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills
Tactful with pleasant and outgoing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
