Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in and check-out for hotel guest.
• Attend to guest’s needs and enquires.
• Handle cashiering duties.
• Handle guest reservation using Opera system.
• To provide an excellent level of service to all guest and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Handle other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level with minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
• People orientated with excellent customer service skill.
• Good communication skills.
• A good team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage.
• Able to perform rotating shift including PH and weekends.

Job Description:

• Check and stock up all the necessary linens and amenities required for the day.
• Responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (thorough cleaning, shampoo carpet cleaning, etc) as required.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance of her/his work area and ensure security of guestrooms and privacy of guests.
• Check and report faulty items that needed repair to the Duty Manager while in the process of cleaning the guestrooms.
• Report and hand in any Lost and Found items to the Duty Manager.
• Check and record the number of soiled linen correctly.
• Clean and maintain the trolley, equipment and vacuum cleaner after use.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Able to understand and communicate in simple English.
• Knowledge in use of vacuum cleaner and proper chemicals handling.
• Functional knowledge in room cleaning.
• Hardworking team player with pleasant personality.
• Able to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• 6 days work / week.
