1. Declare all different types of shipping permits.

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word

Other Information:

Working hours: 9-6pm (Monday to Friday). May need to work late occasionally.

Job Description:

• Assist in supervision of motor vehicle workshop operations and parts inventory management.

• Responsible for purchasing and / or installation of motor vehicle parts etc.

• Assist to handle and load / unload motor vehicle parts (up to 70kg each), where required to manage inventory.

• With relevant experience in motor vehicle industry.

• Physically capable of performing the above duties.

• Possess good motor vehicle technical knowledge.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.

2. Monitor suppliers' invoices and ensure payments are up-to-date, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.

3. Check and verify employee claims for disbursement

4. Prepare month-end closing documents such as General Ledger, journals, schedules, and reconciliations (including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation)

5. Maintained the sale contracts, sales incomes, and payments with report monthly

6. Managed CPF & payroll of staff, and levy

7. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage and resolve issues

8. Quarterly GST submission and annual tax filing

9. Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process

10. Other jobs arranged and authorized by the General Manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the accounting firm industry is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office applications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
