Job Description:

• Planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure efficient and effective F&B operations.
• Customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Formulation and implementation of operating procedures and standards, the management and development of team members, and liaise with executive management to ensure that company’ short and long term goals are met.
• Work with team members in service and food preparation to minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency.
• Review operating results with the team and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor and minimize wastage of consumables and maintain labor productivity ratios.
• Anticipate heavy business times and organize procedures to handle extended waiting lines.
• Monitor guest reactions and confer frequently with service staff or captains to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Take personal responsibility to resolve issues.
• Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a comprehensive set of F&B service and operations skills.
• Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments as well as key customers.
• Administration knowledge of F&B operations and Quality management.

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations

• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities

• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date

• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations

• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team

• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory

• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

• Maintain HR systems and processes

Job requirements:

1. Assist the person in charge to standardize and supervise the processes of various systems;

2. Coordinate daily office environment and hygiene;

3. Review various contracts;

4. Storage and management of office certificates, contracts and materials;

5. Overall management of store suppliers;

6. Assist the person in charge to plan daily affairs and follow up on closure;

7. Fill in and review daily reimbursement documents;

8. Inventory and management of store materials;

9. Follow-up and assessment of staff attendance;

Job Scope

1. Manage and perform month-end close process

2. Handle full sets of accounts, corporate and individual income taxes, GST, and corporate secretarial matters

3. Prepare accounts and financial reports in a timely manner to comply with internal reporting and statutory deadlines for clients

4. Enhance SOPs & workflows

5. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

1. Excellent English/Chinese communication

3. Working hours: 2pm to 10pm (5 days work week)

• Processing sales transactions and taking payments

• Calculating the cost of products or services

• Calculating and returning change for cash transactions

• Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change

• Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts

• Reporting issues with equipment

• Working with the team to meet store sales goals

• Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns

• Processing layaways, returns and exchanges

• Maintaining clean and tidy checkout and merchandise areas

• Assisting in stocking and rotating merchandise

• Staying up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements and product information

• Able to work night shift from 6.30pm to 3.30am

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of company business transactions

- Perform daily accounting duties including verifying invoices and financial data entry into the accounting system

- Assist to reconcile monthly SOA and prepare payments (AP)

- Assist to prepare billing of sales invoices (AR) and reconcile incoming payments

• Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists.
• Scheduling performance events, promotional appearances, programs, etc.
• Advocating for an artist's mental and physical health as needed.
• Handling interpersonal conflicts between artists, such as band members.
• Enforcing the terms of a contract.
• To arrange the training such as new songs and dances.

Requirements :

• A Stage Manager must be an expert on the ins and outs of the music and stage business.
• Good Stage Managers do everything they can to make their clients successful.
• They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills.
• Must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work on Sundays and Public Holidays.
