Main Objective:

Provide technical and clinical support for the training curriculum that addresses the changing needs of Arthrex employees, Arthrex business partner representatives, and healthcare professional customers. Organize and conduct healthcare professional clinical skills labs and training sessions offered by Arthrex. Assist as a technical and clinical topic advisor for Arthrex and all departments there-in.

The individual must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays as and when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current and classic concepts in orthopedics, the Arthrex product line, and clinical procedures supported by Arthrex products; be able to articulate and demonstrate these concepts and procedures to Arthrex employees, business partner representatives and healthcare professional customers.

2. Participate in Employee and Arthrex business partner representative medical education programs.

a. Carry out the objectives created for Arthrex representative product and procedure training programs.

b. Provide input for Arthrex business partner representative medical education courses and surgical skills lab agendas.

c. Teach the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and procedure-specific surgical and non­ surgical techniques using Arthrex instruments.

d. Teach general orthopedic and medical condition topics including current and classic concepts of patho-anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology classifications related to Arthrex products and procedures.

e. Coordinate allocation of representative onboarding, and initial online, hands-on and intermediate training program.

f. Assist in the development of written digital learning materials for the purpose of Arthrex representative education and training.

3. Participate in healthcare professional medical education and training programs.

a. Carry out the objectives created for healthcare professional product and procedure training programs.

b. Provide input for healthcare professional medical education courses and single day lab agendas.

c. Teach the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and procedure-specific surgical and non­ surgical techniques using Arthrex instruments.

d. Teach general orthopedic and medical condition topics including current and classic concepts of patho-anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology classifications related to Arthrex products and procedures.

e. Participate as a liaison with Arthrex business partners and their representatives to assist with organization and implementation of their local medical education and surgical skills lab training p programs.

f. Assist in the organization and execution of cadaver surgical skills workshop.

4. Assist with reviewing written and digital material developed by other Arthrex departments to advise on clinical accuracy of these materials.

5. May supervise other employees in the future.

6. Travel up to 20% of the time.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor' s degree or equivalent in one of the bio-medical sciences or related fields is required.

Experience as a surgical nurse, surgical technician, medical doctor, doctor of osteopathic medicine or orthopedic surgeon, working in orthopedic surgery field is preferred.

About the Role

Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Nurse Specialist (Operating Theatre Staff Nurse) is primarily responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers during surgeries. Key responsibilities include:

• Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical/technical support to Surgeons and Hospital staff in the correct and safe use of Arthrex products
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing training to health care professionals including Surgeons, Perioperative Nurses and other Hospital Personnel
• Identifying customer needs, optimising on opportunities including recommending appropriate products that addresses customers’ pain points and/or passing on leads to the Sales Team
• Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience

About the Requirements

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board registration and min. 2-3 years Operating Theatre experience as a Scrub/Scout or Instrument Circulating Nurse
• Strong knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology, and ability to participate in on-call work on a monthly rotational basis (compensated with case allowance)
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information, problem solver and adaptable to fast changing environments
• Self-starter who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team, highly organised, with exceptional customer engagement and relationship skills

Main Objective:

The main objective of the Sales Representative is to identify opportunities for introducing as well as orchestrate adoption of Arthrex’s solutions to surgeons in the main objective of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better and also to provide technical & clinical support to surgeons in using Arthrex instruments, implants and consumables during surgeries.

In this role, you will enjoy day-to-day interactions with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Operating Theatre Personnel, and with fellow Arthrex colleagues from Sales, Clinical Support, Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, Medical Education and Operations. The individual must also be willing to participate in after office hours and weekend on-call work on a rotational basis (compensated with case allowance).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being an expert across the Arthrex product portfolio, and providing competent technical and clinical support to Surgeons in the operating theatre
• Guiding Surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use of Arthrex products
• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are complete and ready before each surgery
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and driving/promoting the use of Arthrex products
• Identifying customer needs and optimizing on opportunities including recommending appropriate products that addresses customers’ pain points
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques and taking ownership of personal training plan
• Adhering to compliance policies and guidelines at all times

Education and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Business or related field
• Orthopedic implant sales experience will be a plus
• Professional experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopedics is an added advantage

About the Role:

Manage all aspects of sales administrations and reporting for the Commercial department . Works closely with the Sales Manager in planning and implementing of commercial activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track team training requirements, including but not limiting to new hire on-boarding and ad-hoc training needs.
• Co-manage capital equipment logistics and management, where necessary.
• Work closely with various department to maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases.
• Monthly case allowance compilation, checking against eLeave system for Annual Leave, Childcare Leave, Off in-lieu for the team before monthly payroll cut off. Payroll cut-off 10th of each month.
• Ad Hoc support of Sales stuff in preparation of patient ID card (must have signed PDPA form from patient/clinic).
• Plan monthly on calls for the team and input them into iCalendar.
• To work closely with the Medical Education team in ensuring smooth administration of Cadaver lab activities.
• Coordinates and provides timely updates on marketing and Med Ed activities.
• Prepare and submit required letters and approval forms to internal and external parties for local Med Ed events. This involve coordinating required signatories and approval from internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma education
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Commercial preferred
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
