We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Consultant with expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support Trade Finance projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing UAT activities, managing issues, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. This role is suited for someone with hands-on experience in core banking system projects and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• UAT Planning and Execution:Develop UAT plans, including test schedules, scenarios, and environments.
  Prepare test data and ensure readiness for UAT execution.
  Monitor UAT progress, manage issue tracking (tickets), and validate test results.
  
• Coordination and Reporting:Bridge communication among multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  Provide regular progress updates to the Program Manager and Area PM.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in planning UAT, including schedule creation and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience in executing UAT, including issue resolution and result validation.
• Experience working on core banking system projects, including accounting systems, from the user side.

Preferred Skills:

• Business knowledge in the Trade Finance area (if applicable).
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region to support project requirements.
• Mindset to embrace challenges and undertake risks with confidence.

Job Summary –

• Have computer foundation, have a certain understanding of computer operating system, and commonly used software and hardware.
• College degree or above
• Knowledge in customer support

Years of experience needed – 0-2 years.

Technical Skills:

• Provide professional remote technical support services for client users
• Remotely guide users to deal with system and software problems, including system installation, debugging, use, and related software
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware failures, inquire about scheduled spare parts, and coordinate follow-up maintenance.
• Special cases are upgraded in time, and cooperate with other teams to solve user problems.
• Clearly and completely record case information in the system according to the process.
• Find out the user's usage needs, and recommend upgrading products and configurations to improve the user's experience.
