Job Description

• Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
• Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
• Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
• Resolve all potential service failure issues.
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP on daily basis
• Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, but we value practical experience as a valuable alternative that fosters growth and learning.
• At least 2 years of experience in casual dining or relevant experience in a similar concept.
• Familiarity with POS systems

• Sources for vendors and evaluates quotations.
• Negotiates and coordinates with suppliers and cross functional teams for best possible price purchases.
• Maintain and upkeep price list and central ordering system
• Support operation team on procurement needs.
• Coordinates with operation team and chefs, on stock availability and delivery schedules and to maintain tight inventory control.
• Generate purchase order and maintain the filing system of purchasing records.
• Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed.
• Conduct regular review cost effectiveness and performance of suppliers and vendors by making random checks on supplier’s and outlets.
• Build strong network and partnership with suppliers.
• Carry out ad hoc assignment as instructed by Management

Job Requirement(s):

• Diploma or equivalent in Purchasing/Materials/Supply Chain Management
• Experience in purchasing function in F&B industry would be an advantage
• Effectively multilingual in both English and Mandarin languages (in order to generate and read reports in Chinese language and also, to negotiate and maintain good relationships with all English and Mandarin speaking associates)
• Strong communication skill to work with various partners and cross department
• Good team player with dynamic personality and result-oriented
• Good administrative and problem solving skills

Head Coffee Maker咖啡头手/Coffee Stall Assistant 咖啡助手

Part Time/Full Time roles available

• Prepare and serve a Kopi and Teh beverages, including Kopi O, Kopi C, Teh O, Teh C, and other specialty drinks and kaya toasts.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines, equipment and premises.

* ⁠Cashiering duties; collection of money from customers, accurately keying items into POS system, basic accounting for daily sales

• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our coffee and menu offerings.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination in the preparation and service of Nanyang breakfast items.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a coffee shop coffee maker/assistant

• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Assistant Operations Manager (Urgent)

• Manage day-to-day store operations, encompassing staff guidance, inventory management and ensuring store quality through cleanliness, safety and equipment maintenance.
• Assist to monitor comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for stores, covering turnover, costs, profits, customer satisfaction, employee training & development, and actively contribute to the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Assist and oversee staff scheduling and coordinating relevant training for store personnel
• Participate in store inspections, identifying issues, crafting improvement plans, and ensuring their effective execution.
• Manage Marketing and website & Coffee Shop promotion
• Daily Sales collection and bank in needed.
• Work closely with other business units to fulfil and meet guest expectations
• Manage equipment and venue maintenance in a regular basis.
• Coordinate with building management and local authorities to address safety and security concerns to meet the safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with internal team and external vendors to ensure exhibition timelines, setup, execution and dismantling schedules.
• Prepare necessary forms and document and liaise with vendors/contractors for submissions to relevant authorities.
• Fully support to head manager any ad hoc duties etc

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Operation or Management qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing and leading Operations team.
• Strong Leadership, Interpersonal, People Management and Communication skills.

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing customer transactions for coffee drinks, food items, and retail products.

Handle AR / AP / Budgets and month end closing activities 

Work closely with internal departments on billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters.

Provide administrative support to the organization

Perform day to day company's administrative tasks
