Job Description

• Assist the Supervisor with General Repairs, Installations, Technical Services, Maintenance and Equipment.
• Support technical services and perform troubleshooting to identify and solve issues.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines during tasks.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 YEAR basic technical knowledge / working experience, Candidate with NO prior experience are welcome to APPLY
• WITH VALID SINGAPORE CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE
• TRAINING will be provided
• Ability ro follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities:

Software Development

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware / software issues
• Design and develop software program according to detailed functional specifications
• Understand customer’s business and technical requirements
• Support customers testing and fix any reported issues promptly
• Commit to meet target deadlines

System Maintenance & Customer Support

• Deliver responsive and high quality service to customers
• Follow closely to company’s support procedure and escalate client issues to company’s management as appropriate
• Understand the systems assigned for maintenance and support
• Update customer and internal documentation
• Oversee and manage project implementation
• Possess a diploma in Computer Science or professional certifications in IT, eg: MCSE, CCNA, CNE, CLP, ASE, APS Knowledge in networking set-up and troubleshooting;
• Knowledge in routers, firewalls and peripherals troubleshooting;
• Knowledge in Installation and configuration of MS Windows 2003/2008 Cluster on Exchange, SQL, Domino Notes;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft AD design, routers, firewall storage area networks, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix or Lotus Domino server Good working knowledge on Symantec Netbackup, Backup Exec or;
• Strong technical skills in MS Windows NT/ 2000/ XP/ VISTA/ 7/ MS OUTLOOK/ MS OFFICE;
• Excellent spoken/ written English, communication and documentation skills;
• Able to start work within 1 month or less;

Skills Experience

• NITEC in Engineering / IT related fields
• Knowledge of PC setup, Installation and Software updating
• Experienced in database design (i.e. creation of tables, indexes)
• Proficient in both Windows From and NET web application programming in Visual
• Knowledge of Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 and above Installation and Configuration
• Able to setup and maintain the server
• Knowledge in Exchange, Mail, DHCP, domain server
• Knowledge in VOIP and Firewall
