Responsibilities

· Support daily Sales Operation activities, assisting in purchasing, invoicing and sales orders

· Negotiate with vendors, handle client enquiries, resolve disputes and follow through with payment and invoicing processes

· Arrange and coordinate product deliveries

· Work closely with sales/product colleagues to execute processes to improve operational efficiency

· Provide stellar administrative support to the assigned corporate department/function

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent

· 3 years of working experience or fresh graduate willing to learn

· Polite and pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset

· Good organizational and coordination skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal

· Proficient in MS Excel

· Previous sales/purchasing operations experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support
• Support IT infrastructure (PCs, physical and virtual servers, storage, network, on-premises and cloud) i.e. systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance.
• Provide L2 technical support and advice to users on systems-related issues or queries.
• Perform systems administration/maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance.
• Standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Improve governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews, documentations
• Cross group collaboration
• Work closely with all technical group to on-board technical knowledge of solution offerings, inclusive of vendors and partners as needed

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• Min. 5-7 years of experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge with infra stacks i.e. x86, Unix, storage and backups, networks, security, desktops/laptops/devices, servers
• Solid Experience with OS – Linux, Windows OS, Mac OS, and Servers Operating Systems.
• Solid Experience with Virtual Machines – VMware, Hyper-V
• Experience with Cloud – AWS, Azure, M365, Microsoft Intune, Alibaba, Huawei.
• Experience with network architecture and security, routers, switches, provisioning, firewalls, and security
• Possesses problem solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
