Job Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, and striking-off of companies.
• Prepare directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients.
• Manage tasks such as opening bank accounts, handling changes of signatories, and other administrative matters.
• Assist in drafting and updating a database of corporate secretarial precedents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for both the company and clients.
• Draft various agreements, including Sale and Purchase Agreement, Share Transfer, Share Swap, ESOP, and others.

Job Requirements:

• A keen interest in corporate secretarial and business administration.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration with our team and clients.
• Commitment to upholding honesty and integrity in all aspects of work.
