A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Plan with other project teams within the Division to ensure timely procurement of contracts for development projects.
• Lead the procurement of contracts for Division’s development projects. Safeguard good governance of procurement processes to ensure compliance with the Government Instruction Manuals (IMs) and GovTech internal financial and procurement rules

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Oversee the admin processes - ensuring project collaboration memorandums (PCMs), budgets, reports, compliance, billings are in order;
• Ensure our product managers are pricing our products properly when we work with finance;
• Put in place processes that ensure our helpdesks are functional, our onboarding process is smooth, and our sales funnel is functional;

We are looking for an individual to join us as an Engagement Manager (Digital Workplace). We will be offering you as a 3 year rolling contract employment.

Your role as an Engagement Manager is to advocate user experience for public officers across government agencies. Working with the product managers, project manager and the infrastructure team, you will engage government agencies, manage change journey for public officers and drive the adoption of Secure Infrastructure products.

You will need a deep understanding of the product value and the context/domain in which the product is to be implemented across the government agencies. You will engage different stakeholders, position the products and match the products appropriately with relevant use cases and user archetype. In addition, you will also have to listen actively, be diligent to user and partner needs, and communicate clearly and concisely about products and processes to different partners.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Engage public officers in different agencies to understand their needs.
• Analyse user data and map user journey of public officers to identify and prioritise pain points and improvement opportunities across Secure Infrastructure products portfolio.
• Collaborate with various product managers to shape product roadmaps.
• Plan and execute go-to-market engagement to drive product adoption, including product launches, communications, training, and incentive / reward programme.
• Setup and run community of practice for different segments of public officers to ensure continuous engagement and feedback across the product portfolio.
• Preparation of engagement materials to public officers and maintenance of intranet pages which includes handling queries received from portal.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• 5+ years’ relevant ICT experience, including experience working in the public sector at WOG level; or for multinational corporations or tech organisations at a country or regional level customer success enablement or accounts management.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels in the government and key suppliers
• Ability to influence and thrive in a matrix organisation
• Creative problem solving, innovative thinking, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Results-oriented, analytical good attention to details
• Excellent written and presentation abilities required

We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Application and Product Management) to join our dynamic team!

Your role will include:

• You will collaborate with various project managers, solutions architect and infra engineers to deliver leading-edge digital solutions and services to meet the business requirements. You are constantly looking at new ways to apply digital technologies to meet business needs and can handle multiple projects concurrently

Key Responsibilities

• Actively define and analyse the agency’s business requirements.
• Engage relevant stakeholders and end-users to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
• Assist in the development of the business case and tender specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address the needs.
• Develop acceptance criteria with agency users to ensure reasonableness for the acceptance of work done.
• Review system testing, integration testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met.
• Drive a smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the internet and mobile solution.
• Work with development team on the development of the application to understand and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Work with quality assurance team to provide inputs for the test plan.
• Undertake root cause analysis for problems to implement preventive and corrective measures to meet business and performance needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within application and product management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in product performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with product management software.
• A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) will be an added advantage.
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
