We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Migration Engineer) to join us!

• Work with Agency IT on the IT onboarding and enablement of Agencies’ endpoint to the central architecture in a phased approach, ensuring a smooth transition for each agency.
• Work closely with Agency IT to whitelist network access for applications, including network configuration changes, connectivity testing, troubleshooting, and integration with SSO, to ensure seamless integration to the central architecture.
• Work with Agency IT on the device provisioning process using Windows Autopilot and coordinate the central provisioning of laptops, if applicable.
• Work with Agency IT to troubleshoot app packaging issues and ensure the compatibility and functionality of the applications on the new endpoint solution.

• Comfortable with a 1-year direct contract
• At least 5 years of experience in the above domain areas
• Proven track record of large-scale ICT migration projects, particularly in the deployment of endpoint, end user services, or security solutions.
• Good understanding of endpoint management, endpoint security, and network solutions including Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, M365 services, Entra ID, SSE technologies, DNS, and network architecture.
• Experience in network troubleshooting for endpoints and applications.

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Plan, develop vulnerability management strategies to detect non-compliance or security vulnerabilities.

• Create comprehensive, clear and well-structured test suites with test plans, test scenarios and test cases covering functional, performance and end-to-end testing.
• Develop, execute, and automate tests to ensure software quality in an Agile and Scrum software development environment.
• Define, track and report on testing and defect metrics.
• Identify software quality issues, investigate into defect root causes, and coordinate with team to resolve defects.

You will be working on:

• Responsible to develop, setup and maintain large scale log ingestion cloud infrastructure.
• Responsible to handle the log ingestion workflow from Subscriber till backend SOC.
• Develop automation for end-to-end log ingestion processes to facilitate scalable ingestion infrastructure and provide better Subscriber experience.

• Act as Incident first responder, reviewing and verifying system alerts
• Perform security incident discovery, triage, and remediation plan coordination.
• Daily analysis of SIEM events to identify malicious events and define use-cases to alert the operations team on threat events.
• Identified and onboarded assets into SIEM with all necessary use cases, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitoring of security procedures and practices; recommend optimizations and improvements when gaps are identified
• Provide support on IDS, SIEM, vulnerability management systems (VMS) and advanced endpoint detection/prevention.

• Ensure the operations process and controls are clearly documented and operationalised

• Plan, design and support Technology Refresh and migration activities for the infrastructure services.

• Ensure smooth service delivery and implementation within the business context.

• Understand technical, quality management and security guidelines and policies and ensure operations processes and supporting systems comply with these policies and guidelines.

• Manage infrastructure operations and support and ensure delivery of services meet agreed service levels.

• Propose new solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improvement of infrastructure.

• Other duties as may be delegated by the Manager or Team Lead from time to time.

• Relevant studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

• At least 3 - 6 years of relevant technical experience in a demanding, agile environment. Having prior managerial and leadership responsibilities is an added advantage for more senior roles.
