We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Device Management) to join us!

Responsibilities:

Work with Product Owners, internal engineering team and Product Principals to oversee and co-ordinate the operation of various endpoint management tools, including:

1. Windows Autopilot
2. Intune
3. Application control
4. Scripting and automation
5. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
6. Microsoft Graph API

• Co-ordinate with Central ICT Infra teams to operate the on-prem components of the above platforms.
• Oversee a team of Ops Engineers to manage the change, release, incident, problem management processes.
• Ensure timely handling of requests and queries.
• Lead incident response and recovery by analysing the root cause and submission of RCA report.
• Drive improvement in operation effectiveness by implementing the monitoring and alerting tools.
• Document the requirement and specification to address the needs for all Public Service agencies

Mandatory Requirements:

• Exam: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of endpoint management and security using Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting

Additional Skillset(s) (Good to have):

• Prior experience in developing Windows desktop applications using C#, .NET
• Familiar with developing ServiceNow workflows
• Endpoint monitoring and observability for infrastructure reliability using tools such as NexThink, Riverbed, Dyatrace...etc

Additional 2 or more certifications (at least one from each group):

Group 1

1. DevOps Institute: Site Reliability Engineering Foundation or Site Reliability Engineering Practitioner, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of applying DevOps principles and practices to the endpoint engineering process
2. ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, for demonstrating the skills and knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices for ITSM.
3. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)

Group 2

1. Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator: deploys and manages Microsoft 365 and performs Microsoft 365 tenant-level implementation and administration of cloud and hybrid environments
2. Exam AZ-104: Configure, manage, secure, and administer key professional functions in Microsoft Azure.
3. Exam AZ-140: Plan, deliver, manage, and monitor virtual desktop experiences and remote apps on Microsoft Azure for any device.
4. UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate or PL-500 Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong Solution Architecture capabilities to lead the front-end development of our small, agile team. You will work together with a group of UX Designers and UX Engineers, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, technically sound, and compatible with cross-division systems. This hybrid role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural oversight, and an understanding of WCAG standards and accessibility best practices. This role will be offered as a 2-year contract.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Lead the UX Engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable front-end code
• Ensure that development process follows best practices for maintainability, performance, security, and accessibility
• Provide mentorship to the team, reviewing code, and helping solve technical challenges
• Evaluate cross-division systems and existing infrastructure to ensure compatibility and integration of proposed solutions
• Identify potential system limitations or risks early in the design process and work with teams to address them
• Design systems and applications with a focus on reusability and long-term maintenance
• Actively participate in coding, prototyping, and developing front-end components
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Align technical execution with business goals, working closely with the Program Manager and other team members to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI developments, tools, and trends, and explore ways to integrate them into development processes and products

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Strong front-end development experience to guide UX engineers
• Proven experience with solution architecture, especially in evaluating system-wide compatibility and scalability
• Ability to understand and integrate solutions across different systems, ensuring they align with organizational infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading small technical teams, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business needs

We are looking for Senior UX Designer (Accessibility) as a 2 year contract employee to join us! You will thrive in design sprints and lean UX methodologies as we tackle ambiguous problems and deliver workable prototypes that are executable. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet and exceed accessibility standards, providing an optimal user experience for everyone, including users with disabilities. You will work alongside with a lean team of designers and engineers from discovery to envisioning activities with a mission to fix user experience problems.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

Within Your First Month:

• Gain a solid understanding of the project roadmap, team vision, rituals, and design process
• Create user experiences that are accessible to all users, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments. Ensure designs comply with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and other relevant accessibility standards
• Independently manage research and design tasks with confidence
• Engage with both external and internal stakeholders, co-facilitating workshops as needed

By the End of 3 Months:

• Propose research and design plans for new projects, becoming deeply involved in all aspects of design work
• Perform regular accessibility audits and usability testing with users of varying abilities to identify and resolve accessibility issues. Ensure continuous compliance with accessibility standards.
• Successfully conclude a project with a convincing presentation and a meticulous handover plan, ensuring continuity of design excellence with A11Y in mind

Beyond That:

• Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and regulations in accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring our products remain compliant and innovative
• Document accessibility requirements, patterns, and best practices. Advocate for inclusive design principles across the team and organization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) to embed accessibility into the product lifecycle from concept through implementation
• Build and maintain professional relationships with project leads, product owners, and business users to elevate the UX maturity within organizations

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven UX experience with focus on accessibility and inclusive design, including experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, conducting usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering high-fidelity mockups
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
• Experience conducting accessibility testing and audits, using tools such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies
• Familiarity with front-end development and understanding of how accessibility impacts code implementation is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skill in proposing and presenting user-centered design solutions that consider project constraints
• A collaborative mindset, understanding that co-creation with the team and stakeholders leads to the best product outcomes

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Senior Software Engineer (familiar with UX, Accessibility), as a 2 year contract employee. This person will need to have a strong front-end development background and deep knowledge of accessibility (A11Y) standards to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our web and mobile interfaces meet and exceed accessibility guidelines, enabling users of all abilities to interact seamlessly with our products. You will be at the intersection of design and development, rapidly prototyping and implementing user-centric solutions that are both technically sound and visually compelling. You will collaborate closely with a lean team of designers, speaking their languages fluently to translate design concepts into functional, elegant interfaces that are not only innovative but also optimized for performance.

You will be a member of the project development team under the IT Applications Development Hub. You will be involved in driving the creation of innovative enterprise solutions as per evolving business needs for the line divisions on ServiceNow as part of the end-to-end agile development lifecycle for in-house projects starting from UI/ UX Design to Cloud Engineering & Operations, Software Development, DevSecOps, Quality Assurance and Application Security.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with Digital Business Analysts as they engage the Product Owner and stakeholders to sense make and produce the business and functional requirements as part of requirements gathering
2. Work with UI/ UX Designer as they engage the Product Owner and stakeholders for user research to produce the User Journey Maps and high-fidelity wireframes, which feeds into development sprints
3. Create and customise Service Portals, Themes, Pages, Widgets, Menus and Search Sources on the ServiceNow Platform
4. Develop on ServiceNow using scripts, business rules, workflows, web services etc
5. Integrate ServiceNow with existing enterprise systems where required
6. Loading and maintaining data between ServiceNow and integrated systems using import sets
7. Perform Administration of ServiceNow modules and applications, which include CMDB, Accounts, Service Request/ Catalog Management, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, Dashboard and Reporting etc
8. Create and run automated functional tests using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) where applicable
9. Work with DevSecOps Engineer to employ CI/CD pipelines as part of DevSecOps to continuously iterate and improve existing software based on stakeholder’s feedback, where applicable
10. Work with QA Engineer to prepare test cases as well as entry and exit criteria for SIT and UAT to ensure that user requirements are met as described per product backlog
11. Work with Application Security Engineer to perform System Security Acceptance Test (SSAT), which includes Secure Code Review (SCR), Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Test (PT) and remediate the security findings before seeking clearance and approval from CISO and CIO respectively
12. Maintain and update library of reusable APIs, components and modules
13. Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects

Requirements

1. At least 6 years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow (Service Portal and ITSM) is required
2. Solid grasp of API, JSON, MID Servers and associated technologies that can integrate with ServiceNow
3. Highly proficient in programming languages such as HTML/CSS, Javascript, Java, AngularJS, Bootstrap or other relevant programming languages
4. Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology
5. Excellent communication skills
