Job Description

• Review RFQ / orders received.
• Coordinate production workflow for multiple products/services.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production/service demand.
• Assign workers to multiple production/service operations.
• Schedule overtime according to production/service needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Issue routing forms & certifications.
• Keep paperwork organized.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, warehouse and other staff.
• Able to develop basic training materials & conduct training.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma in related field.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Min. 2 years experienced as production planner.
• Has knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Good understanding of Bill of materials (BOM)
• Preferably experience in Quality Management System (QMS) related to ISO9001 and/or API is advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Word and ERP systems.
• Hands-on & willing to learn new skills.
• Good at math and statistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Experience in Semi-con, Electronics Contract Manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas Industry are welcome.
