Monthly Salary: from S$10,000 to S$12,000

What you will be doing:

1. Define and execute the company's strategic vision and mission.
2. Understand the market trends - set and achieve short- and long-term company financial metrics.
3. Develop a strong team in Malaysia and Singapore to grow the SEA market.
4. Drive and achieve company key financial metrics via innovative technology.
5. Ensure full compliance with Singapore and SEA beauty health industry standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven a track record of >15 years in the health and beauty industry, demonstrating extensive experience and a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics and challenges.
2. Experience sourcing and exporting health and beauty products to other countries.
3. Solid digital and e-commerce knowledge - to apply social media and live streaming to achieve revenue and geographical growth.
4. Strong procurement knowledge in the Asia Pacific region.
5. Ability to communicate tactfully and apply the local language within a dynamic Southeast Asian culture.
6. Frequent travel within Southeast to strengthen the brand presence and engage client relationships.
7. Be able to report for duty in early Nov 2024.

Job Description

1. Develop and manage the daily operations of the online education services of student recruitment and enrolment.
2. Understand company performance goals and be responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment and conversion strategies in Singapore and SEA.
3. Use big data to identify and analyze risk and create a strategic plan to turn risk into opportunities.
4. Manage, plan, and coordinate local and SEA outreach events.
5. Build and manage a solid network of recruitment agents and channel partners to increase market share.
6. Identify and create digital/AI technology solutions to inspire interest and interactive online learning platforms to enhance productivity and engagement.
7. Align with the Company’s vision to drive and apply new technology solutions (digital and AI) to conduct online education services in Singapore and SEA.
8. Partner with internal leadership and external stakeholders to spearhead innovative AI projects.

Job Requirements

1. A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, and AI.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in online education services and a senior management capacity.
3. Relevant experience in managing multi-projects and ability to execute/achieve projects on time and within budget.
4. Strategic thinking skills with a broad perspective of different issues.
5. Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation, and influence skills as this position needs to present his/her solutions to the senior management team, who are primarily Chinese-speaking.
6. Ability to act as a change agent.
7. Proven knowledge of AI and its potential.
8. Be able to work as an individual contributor and report for duty before the end of Feb 2024.
