For many years, ANTA Sports has been principally engaging in the design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including shoes, apparel and accessories to Chinese consumers. Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the financial management of Southeast Asia retail region, focusing on team building and team management;
- Participate in the preparation of Southeast Asia business plans, business briefings, and financial analysis reports; responsible for retail region budget management, budget preparation arrangements, guidance, review, control, and execution analysis; follow up on budget implementation and make adjustments when necessary;
- Responsible for the review of expenses in Southeast Asia and timely, accurate control of various expense expenditures;
- Responsible for promoting the Group's headquarters standards and related systems to all brands and stores;
- Responsible for reviewing contracts of regional business operations, identifying problems and mitigating risks in a timely manner;
- Provide timely financial reports and necessary financial analysis to the regional manager and other department heads, offering strong financial support for business development;
- Responsible for the financial work control and internal control management of retail stores, following up on the implementation and execution of internal control measures, conducting audits on key issues, proposing feasible reward and punishment schemes, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related quantitative field.
- 3 years above work experience with retail industry in regional operations.
- Expert skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Demonstrates well-developed analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to succinctly present and inform decision making with well-structured analysis.
- Attention to detail with a keen aptitude to ensure accuracy and quality of output.
- Strong business acumen and commercial intuition.
- Strong leadership skills to influence, generate support and momentum among stakeholders and peers.
- Experience in Big 4 will be an advantage.
- High proficiency in both Mandarin and English in order to liaise with counter parts in China HQ and Southeast Asia countries.
