Job Responsibilities:

· Receives and greet clients, visitors and guests while providing a welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service

· Managing calls, relaying messages promptly to respective personnel to prevent miscommunication and delay

· Enhances security by monitoring access to the premises, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.

· Liaise with office cleaner to maintain cleanliness of the overall office

· Supports day-to-day office operations. Ie: managing and ordering office supplies and unpacking. Coordinate pickup and delivery of mail services. Providing workplace support such as facilities and equipment management.

· Maintaining administrative files in an organised manner

· Manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for colleagues.

· Assist in the planning and executing of events or projects for company and employees

· Maintain and update employee records. Organise and manage HR – Related documents such as resumes, candidate application forms and insurance policies

· Assist in the onboarding process of new employees including preparing paperwork and ensuring smooth transition into the organisation

· Support the offboarding of staff by processing paperwork, conducting exit interview and coordinating the return of company property.

· Recruitment support including posting of jobs, applicant tracking and coordination of interviews

Job Requirements:

- Immediate availability is preferred

- At least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, minimum 2 years working experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Positive, be proactive, detail oriented and collaborative with good organizational skills.

- Possess good working attitude, reliable, enthusiastic, helpful and self-motivated.

- Pleasant with exceptional analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats.

- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Ability to communicate in Cantonese will be an advantage.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle the enquiry from the customer regarding regulatory and AML/CFT compliance of MAS license.

· Liaise with MAS on compliance matters (e.g. VCC, FMC license application for the clients).

· Ensure prompt and accurate compliance relevant regulatory reporting submissions to MAS.

· Provide advice in the development and implementation of policy, governance and regulatory standards and frameworks related to MAS license.

· Responsible for general oversight of MAS regulatory compliance and Anti-Money Laundering / Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT)

· Ensure staff actively monitor MAS regulatory developments, trends in the market, and develop or update policies and procedures to ensure adherence and compliance with the laws and regulations

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients

· Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals in a timely and professional manner

· Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our services

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years’ experience in VCC, FMC license application and AML/KYC/regulatory compliance

- Ability to be AML officer for the clients

- Experienced working in service provider environment will be a plus

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Compliance Manager

- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin. Ability to communicate in Cantonese will be an advantage.

- Attention to detail and good time management

- Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently, meticulous, dedicated and self-motivated with good manners

• Review/prepare net asset valuation for the funds on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review / assist in cash and position reconciliation, process corporate actions and validation of security pricing
• Provide support and respond to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare financial reporting and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
• Assist clients in processing and liaising with banks with regard to payments for funds or transfer
• Assist in opening of bank accounts and broker accounts
• Assist in new fund setup
• Train and supervise junior staff and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, is a MUST
• Having at least 4 years Fund Accounting / Fund Administration / Auditing. Experience with Funds is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Candidates with strong knowledge and prior experience in using PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.
• Have knowledge in securities and financial derivatives will be an advantage
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
