Responsibilities:

• Assist the HOD in ensuring the department's business is optimally managed and targets/ objectives are achieved whilst meeting the bank's policy requirements.
• Manage and implement initiatives and programs to promote efficiencies leading to greater customer's satisfaction.
• To ensure the team provides value added products and services to existing/potential customers predominantly in the China market.
• To manage and lead the team of relationship managers in enhancing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing corporate customer base as well as building new customers relationships.
• To monitor and utilization of the credit lines of the borrowers.
• To monitor and conduct regular review of the existing customers,ensuring the credit documentation are properly managed and completed.
• To ensure the business activities of the department meet the bank's policy requirements.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Banking, Economic or related studies, preferably with Masters.
• Minimum 15 years banking experience with at least 6 years in corporate banking.
• Experience working with corporates in particular China Corporates.
• Those with senior management experience or leadership role in managing a branch preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skill with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese as incumbent is required to correspond with Chinese corporates as well as colleagues in Head Office and handle chinese documentation.
• Understanding of the relevant lawas, regulations and practices pertaining to Credit products and enusring its compliance.
• Ability to manage the team effectivel whilst engaging them to optimal performance and coach them to their potential development.

Responsibilities:

Support the HOD in managing all aspects of risk involving market, liquidity, credit and operational risk.

Assure controls are operating effectively and assist in improving risk control management frameworks,policies,guidelines/procedures and communicating to stakeholders. Responsibilites include but not limited to the following:

• Primary reviewer in charge of new case review, and perform independent credit assessment of credit cases submitted by the front desk business department.
• Perform independent annual credit review of exisiting credit cases (ie. annual and ad-hoc credit reviews).
• Monitor the submission of annual credit reviews to ensure that all the existing credit files are reviewed promptly and timely.
• Perform the periodic risk reports (daily, monthly,quarterly,semi-annual and annual) in accordance with the Routine Report List, and complete credit risk related stress tests.
• Monitor and control market risk, such as FX exposure, bond price, interest fluctuation, hedge effectiveness and etc.
• Complete market risk analysis report,related stress test and provide recommendations to improve the branch's management of market risk.
• Assist in monitoring and control liquidity risk, complete the liquidity stress test and related analysis report.
• Manage the process for developing and enhancing risk policies and procedures, risk indicators, risk limits and approval authorities, to ensure they are in compliance with MAS regulations and policies of Head Office.
• Manage Head Office reporting and enquiries.
• Manage MAS enquiries, internal and external audit enquires.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD and/or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of enterprise risk management experience predominantly in credit risk market risk, liquidity risk and operational risk in the banking industry.
• Possess a degree in finance with a Master degree in business administration preferred.
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel or other statistical tools, having ability in programming like VBA, Python etc is preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin as incumbent having ability to review documents both in English and Chineses is also to correspond with Chineses corporates aas well as colleagues in Head Office.
• Analytical and strong quantitative skilss with good eye for detail.
• Have initiative spirits to conquer the new and complex problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and a good team player and group leader.

Responsible for managing and providing the full spectrum of Office Management services with emphasis on Head Office (HO) correspondence and collaboration. Main duties include:

Office Management:

• Manage and maintain branch’s correspondence system with HO such as HO OA system and branch official emails.
• Assist with the coordination and reporting of significant bank events and emergencies, ensuring compliance with HO protocols and effective documentation.
• Oversee and manage the reputation risk of the branch in close coordination with HO.

Liaison with Head Office:

• Responsible for expatriates’ management including the appointment, promotion, cessation and repatriation of their assignments with close collaboration and follow up with HO.
• Assist in updating policies and procedures as per HO requirements and aligning with local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit all reports in Chinese to HO as required including any ad-hoc projects or initiatives launched from HO.
• Liaison with HO for all arrangements for delegates, visitors and training groups where needed.

Requirements:

· Degree holder with at least 10 years’ HR experience in the banking industry

· A team player as well as able to work independently

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken Chinese. Literacy in Chinese Language is a pre-requisite as the incumbent needs to prepare and submit documents, manuals and reports in Chinese to Head Office and close correspondence with HO colleagues.

• Prepare internal management report such as daily monitoring and report calculation, daily regulatory data base calculation.
• Prepare Head Office reports and schedules required by Head Office auditors.
• Prepare MAS regulatory reports, such as mas 610, mas 649, mas 758, mas 640, mas 75 etc, and respond to the inquiries related to MAS reports.
• Communicate with the company’s tax agent, provide relevant tax information, and verify the tax agent’s submitted data to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings.
• Communicate with external auditors, provide the necessary data for the audit, and ensure the company’s annual report is properly disclosed.
• Process for staff claims and payment for daily operating expenses.
• Prepare accounting schedules such as Fixed Assets Register and Listing of OPEX.
• Prepare and posting of Journal Entries.
• Other administrative Supports.

Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy or related accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience in banks.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Proficient in MS Excel is essential as incumbent need to harness data on daily basis.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese as incumbent is required to liaise with colleagues in from mainland China.

Requirements:

· Possess an accounting degree.

· Min 1 year of relevant accounting experience
