Roles & Responsibilities

Must have experience in Construction Carpenter for minimum 5 years.

Able to withstand the outdoor harsh weathers

Able to work overtime to complete the project on-time.

Able to follow the supervisor's daily instructions on-site.

Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis

Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.

Implement carpentry works and inspections.

Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager.

Roles and Responsiblities

Responsible for produce structural shop drawing to meet the project requirements.

Responsible for the preparation of drawings and detailed design documents

Ability to undertake concept design and development

Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data

Other ad-hoc drafting assigned by the project management

Job Descriptions

• Lead Tenders & Proposals team in the development of comprehensive and compliant tender proposal packages
• Responsible for sourcing projects to tender
• Responsible for receiving, organizing and reviewing tender specifications and most importantly to fully understand project preambles and method of measurement for purpose of preparation accurate costing for tender in line with Project Requirements
• Review and ensure correctness of all tendering/bidding document, Tender Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications document prepared by his subordinates
• Provide timely and complete Tender Packages tothe upper management.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers in tender discussions with Customers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil engineering or any related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience working as an Estimator role with residential background
• Prior experience in an Asst. Manager/ Manager / a Senior Estimating role and managing a team
• Excellent understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis & Management
• Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques and systems with a detailed knowledge of how these are applied
