As our Head of Client Services you will be responsible taking the unified EBC Asia - and sister company EBC Connect - client world to a whole new level.

We are looking for a senior and capable individual to lead our high-calibre Talent Engagement Team (TET) and Sourcing Excellence Team’s (SET) within our Enablement Office. The Role:

As a Director or Senior Director at EBC, you will be in an exceptional role unlike elsewhere: being a Director within the EBC family is to hold a truly executive level position. Whether managing a team (Practice Leadership) or developing your ‘owned’ market remit (Market Leadership), you will hold massive responsibility to directly resonate and evolve EBCs DNA, ways of working and deliver both personal, team and company-wide consistently exceptional performance.

At full Directorship level, some of your main deliverables include but are not limited to:

• Following a Plan - alongside senior management, design and deliver upon strategic business plans including components such as revenue and profit growth, client strategy and business mix, and so forth.

Fixatedly look at ways to develop your team’s skill-sets, abilities, ways of working and ultimately, their outcomes. For Market Leaders not directly managing, assist where required to help build wider abilities in the business, mentor where appropriate and drive business development activities across related consultants.
• Knowing your Clients – hold macro level account management duties for key clients as well as micro level personal business development where necessary. Mentor your team to maintain, create and develop client relationships, as well as be able to ‘go to market’ with innovative solutions.
• Following your Entrepreneurial Ideas and Passions – where required, contribute to our digital transformation strategy internally and press wider scalability initiatives. Experience and Qualifications:

At executive level, you will have at least 10-12 years of experience, the most recent operating in similar high impact roles.

You must be able to demonstrate advanced leadership and fee generation abilities within a particular market, as well as be able to speak fluidly and passionately about the world of recruitment, headhunting and most importantly, the opportunities and key current day levers therein.

A market leader in the Information Technology industry is seeking a APAC Finance Director to join their fast-growing organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity in building up a fast-growing finance team from scratch, whereby you will oversee finance across the APAC region, encompassing accounting, US GAAP reporting, and analysis. Collaboration with both management and finance teams is essential for tasks like budgeting and working capital management. Overview

We are in the latest exciting phase of this agenda and require a senior and capable individual to lead our regional and high-calibre internal Talent Engagement Team (TET) within our Enablement Office.

In doing so you will play a pivotal role across three main areas:

1. Technology & Process Improvement

• Take the initiative to understand EBCs technology stack and general operating environment as it pertains to the TET
• Proactively seek to create efficiencies, better ways-of-working and automations within the TET function
• Take a lead to manage existing ongoing projects through current phases and ultimately, successful completion
• Influence a generalised adoption of systems, data driven work styles, and a culture of continuous improvement

2. Leadership & Training

• Effectively manage and lead a team of 10+ talent engagement and sourcing/delivery experts across APAC
• Discuss and identify individual target areas of development and drive consistent performance
• Develop and implement learning and development strategies for the overall development and continuous upskilling of the team
• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and be persistent in delivering world-class sourcing capabilities

3. Sourcing Support & Execution

• Successful execution on complex and senior-level mandates and searches via strategic and multi-channel sourcing methodologies
• Development, design and execution on efficient, technology-enabled sourcing processes
• Mastery of sourcing technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and AI tools
• Contribution to the development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as newsletters, marketing campaigns and sourcing strategies

Experience and qualifications:

• A degree in business, information systems or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in recruitment or corporate talent acquisition
• Prior experience sourcing and qualifying senior candidates for a variety of roles
• Prior experience in business analysis, data, change management, or process improvement preferred but not a must
• Passion and drive to be a subject matter expert with the latest technologies concerning the headhunting and talent management industry
• High organisation skills with ability to hit deadlines and work to timelines
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Excellent communication skills to influence and work with stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds
• Understanding data / market insights where data insights and decision making is the norm
