The Role
- My Client is a leading Insurance Firm and we are looking for a Compliance professional to join the team in Singapore. This is a new headcount due to their expansion plans in Asia, and you will be given the exposure across the Compliance function with proven leaders in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team to ensure Compliance and mitigate Fraud and Operational Risk
- Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
- Report key findings related to Sales Compliance, Fraud, and Operational Risk
- Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
- Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
You must:
- A bachelors degree in a reputable university
- 10 years of experience in a Compliance role – Insurance industry preferred
- Strong Sales Compliance or Operational Audit experience
- Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
