Job Description:

1) Handle and prepare materials to support production.

2) Perform material transfer to production and work closely with store to ensure no delinquency.

3) Ensures no mixed up of materials.

4) Proper storage of materials.

5) Practice GMP and good housekeeping at all areas.

6) Ensure correct product packaging, proper identification and segregation of material and FG.

7) Ensure correct materials are loaded to respective machine.

8) Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior.

Requirements:

1) Able to read simple English.

2) Able to do simple calculations.

3) Able to carry 25kg of resin bag and top up to machine dryer.

• JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that Production schedule meet's customer's demand in term of deliveries and quality.
• Give direction and set specific objective to be achieved.
• Plan and utilize resource, manpower, materials and machines to maximum capacity to meet the company's objectives.
• Liaise, co-ordinate and work with other departments like Quality, Material and Admin.
• Exercise discipline and ensure the subordinate adhere to Company's rules and regulation.
• Responsible for the housekeeping and welfare of department.

EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• Degree holder with 1 years related experience in management and 3 years experience in Quality.
• Diploma holder with 3 years of related experience in management and 5 years experience in Quality
• At least 3 years’ experience/knowledge in Manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949
• Results-oriented, meticulous and a self-motivated team player

Responsibilities:

1. Assist HOD in day to day coordination on Production activities.

2. Work with Planner on Production WO and Machines loading.

3. Schedule Production machines loading.

4. Preparation material for daily production machines (MRF and AMR).

5. Co-ordinate the OS parts. If any.

6. Liaise between Production and Planner to ensure smooth production completing WO.

7. Monitor, Control and manage of Production WO progress.

8. Follow-up and Assist on production day to day shipments.

9. Assignments:

a. Production daily output and yield lost data entry

b. E application (Leave apply & E TMS)

Requirements:

1. Education requires O or A Level.

2. PC knowledge.

3. Have exposure to Plastic Molding Production environments.

4. Good communication and relationship skill.

5. Able to work independently.

6. Ever working as manufacturing production planner or scheduler.

7. Working hours Mon to Fri 08.15 am - 05.45 pm.
