Job Description

1. Identification and assessment of current state processes based on interviews, focus group discussions, data gathering, etc.
2. Development of future state processes in consultation with stakeholder groups including the Authority’s contractors/vendors.
3. Facilitation of stakeholder group discussions or workshops to gather requirements, seek consensus on proposed future state processes, etc.
4. Documentation of process models using the Authority’s preferred tool.

Specific Requirements

1. Relevant credentials and qualifications.
2. Minimum 3 years (or 5 years for Senior Subcontractor) of relevant experience in performing the Role.
3. Knowledge in data management technologies, including data lake and warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools.
