Job Description

1. Project, seek approval for, and manage programme budget.
2. Ensure timely disbursements for funded programmes.
3. Assess and renew funding for programmes by providing financial analysis and inputs on funding-related matters.
4. Report on fund allocation and utilisation of funded programmes.
5. Handle funding-related matters/queries.
6. Financial Audit.
7. Secretariat support and any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

1. Singaporean only.
2. Min Diploma holders (Preferably in Finance/ Accounting/ relevant course studies).
3. Meticulous and detailed person who is comfortable dealing with numbers.
4. Previous experience in financial analysis is more advantageous.

Job description:

• Oversee all aspects of event planning, including vendor liaison and scheduling.
• Coordinate and compile information for the festival microsite.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with appointed marketing agency, events management vendor, programme partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Address inquiries and ensure all parties are informed of event details and changes.
• Work with events management vendor to manage the logistics pre and actual day of the festival, including venue setup, registration, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with gathering feedback, survey from participants, and help with post-event reporting.

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Diploma and above in any relevant disciplines.
• Prior experience in events or project management.
