Job description:
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, including vendor liaison and scheduling.
- Coordinate and compile information for the festival microsite.
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with appointed marketing agency, events management vendor, programme partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and ensure all parties are informed of event details and changes.
- Work with events management vendor to manage the logistics pre and actual day of the festival, including venue setup, registration, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with gathering feedback, survey from participants, and help with post-event reporting.
Job requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Diploma and above in any relevant disciplines.
- Prior experience in events or project management.
