ROLE: Responsible for GMP-compliant quality control tests of cell products

JOB SCOPE:

1. Performing quality control tests for clinical materials (cell therapy products) according to GMP standards.
2. Work with the Cell Manufacturing & Quality Assurance Team.
3. Ensuring GMP compliance is maintained at all times.
4. Be accountable for the highest level of execution of regulatory strategies, and standards of quality compliance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in quality control tests of biologics or immune cell products, previous quality test experience of CAR-T/TCR-T/NK cell products is highly desired.
2. Experience in regulatory filing with FDA/HSA is desired.
3. Familiar with regular testing methods such as sterility/mycoplasma/endotoxin detection, flow cytometry analysis; Cytokine measurement assays; qPCR assays; etc.
4. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills.
5. Project management experiences.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor & more advanced degree in cell biology /biomedical sciences or in a similar medical technology related field.

JOB SCOPE:

Purchasing Support:

• Data entry and maintenance of procurement records and documentation.
• Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders.
• Overseeing the acquisition and restocking of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
• Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment.
• Receive, monitor and deliver inventory as per the supply chain and inventory control process.
• Assist to load and unload deliveries as needed.
• Ensure the purchase made is accurately match with the material requested by the project team.

Administrative Support:

• Day-to-day administrative duties for office management.
• Organizing company activities, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
• Help to manage/maintain the company's properties.
• Assisting with logistics and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

HR Support:

• Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
• Providing assistance on onboarding and offboarding administration of new hires and resignees.

Other duties assigned by Office Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum diploma in Business Administration or experience in a similar field.
2. Excellent administrative and coordination skills.
3. Computer literately (ERP, MS Office etc)
4. Ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.

Role: Cell Manufacturing Lead

Reporting to: VP(CMC) & Chief Scientific Officer

Job scope:

1. Providing technical and strategic leadership for the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) of company’s clinical assets.
2. Execute CMC strategy and submission plans to support regulatory filings for clinical trial applications in Singapore and US.
3. Build and manage the cell manufacturing and quality control team in Singapore.
4. In charge of the GMP cell manufacturing and process development in Singapore.
5. Act as the Manufacturing Sciences and CMC expert during audits and interactions with regulatory agencies.
6. Drive rigorous assessment of CMC issues, decisions to ensure the compliance with regulatory bodies’ requirement.

Requirement:

1. Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmaceutical sciences/biomedical research; minimum MS, preferred PhD.
2. Experience in CAR-T, TCR-T or other cell therapies.
3. Familiar with immune cell manufacturing, flow cytometry analysis; Cytokine measurement assays; qPCR assays; etc.
4. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills.
5. Project management experience. • Able to write/read Chinese will have an advantage.
