- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground
- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness
- Manage customer complaints in professional manner
- Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct training for staff on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Good Interpersonal, communication and strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- 6 days’ work week and required to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
